We visited Arden Forest Wellness on Saturday for whole-body cryotherapy and an infrared sauna, and the whole experience was exceptional from start to finish.
I work in medical facilities all over the UK, and I can genuinely say this is one of the nicest and most thoughtfully presented places I've been to. The attention to detail, decor and beautiful setting immediately stand out, but what really makes the place is the team.

I received a 7 day course of cryotherapy coupled with infrared therapy here to treat a very problematic quad tendonitis. Facilities and service were second to none.
Professional advice and treatment meant that I was able to get back to training and competition much faster than I would have without treatment of a notoriously difficult to heal injury.
You really are taken care of from your first enquiry to the conclusion of your treatment. This facility is unlike anywhere else I have ever been treated, absolutely unrivalled.

Incredible experience. Owners couldn't have been more welcoming or accommodating. They walked us around the facilities and explained everything in-depth and answered any questions we had. The cold chamber and sauna felt amazing. Then into a lovely warm shower, and finished off with a home roasted cup of coffee. A great morning spent well and somewhere we definitely visit again.

I had a great experience here from start to finish. Emma goes above and beyond to welcome you in and is super knowledgeable about the equipment (the highest quality you can get!). I tried everything - red light therapy, HBOT, cryotherapy & infrared sauna - to get a taste of it all.
Overall, the facilities, the equipment, the coffee (which is beautifully roasted by Emma & Nick themselves), and the drinks selection, are to the highest standard. As a local health practitioner, I genuinely believe the tools they've got here would benefit almost everyone. Really impressed how tests to check my PSA, cholesterol & pre-diabetes were conducted- a simple pinprick of the finger & 15 minutes later the data was available. Nick, talked me through the results & highlighted the areas requiring adjustment to improve future results. The PSA result was provided as a figure not just a pass or fail, that way when I get retested in the future I can see if there is any potential change. Love the simplicity of the tests & the 5 star service Nick & Emma provide.

Me and my boyfriend went for a 3 hour package where you get to try all the facilities, and it was genuinely such a great experience, the owners were so helpful and knowledgeable, they gave us a break down of what every machine does and what it is good for and made us feel so comfortable using it all! The actual venue is STUNNING and they offer so many nice drinks, coffees and even snacks. If anyone is thinking about getting a membership or trying out the 3 hour package i highly suggest it. 10/10 from me

A really welcoming, calming environment. My daughter and I used the hyperbaric oxygen chamber after an introduction from Emma which was reassuring and interesting. I recently had some Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions at Arden Forest Wellness while recovering from surgery and had a really positive experience.
Emma looked after me throughout and was amazing-patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She made me feel completely at ease and has lovely energy. Nick was great, ensuring HBOT was appropriate for me and making my health and safety priority.

There's not many wellness facilities around in the west midlands so I was happy to see Arden Forest Wellness launch and to go and try some of their facilities. I would highly recommend Arden Forest Wellness. Nick and Emma are highly experienced and knowledgeable in ensuring the best results for your needs. The equipment is fantastic and the venue has a relaxed atmosphere soon as you arrive. I noticed positive changes quickly after one session on the LED red right bed after struggling with skin issues for some time. The process was explained confidently with any health issues discussed.
