What happens during a red light therapy session?
Before your first session, we will conduct a 15-minute consultation so that we can establish the most appropriate initial protocol for you. This is important as our beds are not set up for one-size-fits-all sessions. Your red light therapy session is likely to be 10 minutes or less in length (the beds and canopies are amongst the most powerful available), but please allow at least 10 minutes before and after to dress and undress. If it is your first time taking red light therapy with us, please arrive 30 minutes before the start of your session.
