At Arden Forest Wellness we offer the most advanced hyperbaric oxygen, whole-body cryotherapy and red-light therapy equipment currently available. These are offered as part of a luxury, private facility. Arden Forest Wellness has been founded by science and industry veterans, Emma Wilson and Nick Crawford who many of you will already know, and who ran the hugely successful Solihull-based health club Bardello for 14 years and operated the educational science hub, Geek Nick Science. Nick is a quantum biochemist having been English-university qualified in quantum physics with advanced post-graduate studies in biochemistry. The science of these disciplines underpins the efficacy of the therapies and is something that Nick is only too keen to share. In 1991, Nick qualified as one of the very first YMCA personal trainers in the UK. Emma is the driving force behind the business. Before running Arden Forest Wellness, Emma ran Bardello and before that an international tour company. She is also a health & fitness instructor and dance coach. |
