There is ample parking right outside our building. Please only park in the spaces allocated to Arden Forest Wellness.

Are memberships available?
We offer a small number of memberships specifically designed for those in pursuit of healthy longevity and personal wellness. Memberships are created on an individual basis and are available for singles and couples.

If you are interested in a membership, please have a look at Wellness and Healthy Longevity Membership and then pop in and see us so that we can have a chat.

Is there an age limit?
I'm afraid that we cannot offer our services or membership to those under 18 years of age.

How do I book sessions?
You reserve the date and time for your first session by following this link: https://www.ardenforestwellness.co.uk/book1.asp

Payment for your first session is taken by card when you arrive. Any subsequent sessions or courses are booked and paid for at our venue following your first session.

How long before a session should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session start time so that we can update your vitals (blood pressure, temperature, oxygen saturation level and pulse). If it is your first time with us, please arrive 30 minutes before so that we can conduct an initial consultation and then take your vitals.

What is the guests' lounge fair usage policy?
The lounge is primarily designed for rest and relaxation after a session.

Guests enjoy a complementary beverage from our superb range of freshly roasted and ground coffee, speciality teas, hot chocolate or cold drink. Any additional drinks are paid for by card.

Whilst there's no strict limit on the length of your stay, there are, however, some activities that would not be in keeping with our aims:

  • The lounge should not be used as a place to do work or as a replacement for your office.
  • Phone calls (including Facetime etc) should be made outside the building as they are not considered appropriate for a place of rest and relaxation.
  • Headphones should be used whenever listening to your phone/tablet/laptop etc.
  • The lounge should not be used for consumption of your own food - it's not set up as somewhere to have your lunch or dinner.
  • Our complementary or paid for food and drink should not be consumed or taken out of the venue - we do not offer a take-out or drinks to-go service.

In addition, should the lounge become unreasonably full, we will be implementing a first-in-first-out policy.

What refreshments are available in the guests' lounge?
The centrepiece of the offering is one of the finest bean-to-cup, fresh milk coffee machines available - a Schaerer Coffee Club!

On tap we have:

  • Cappuccino.
  • Latte.
  • Espresso.
  • Double Espresso.
  • Macchiato.
  • Cortado.
  • Flat white.
  • Americano.
  • White Americano.
  • Mocha.
  • Hot chocolate.
  • Hot milk.
  • Decaf coffee.
  • Hot water for our array of fine teas.
  • Speciality vitamin and mineral water.

We also have a selection of fine biscuits and other light snacks.

All guests can enjoy these complimentary drinks and light snacks after their session.

Is there wheelchair access and an accessible toilet?
Absolutely!

Will I be able to bring my child or my dog?
Most regrettably, no. Neither the treatments nor the surroundings will be suitable for those under 18 years of age. As for your lovable and undoubtably well-behaved pooch, other than official and necessary guide dogs or well-trained assistance dogs, no animals may be brought into the venue.

Do I need to tell my doctor that I will be receiving therapies from you?
No, you don't is the simple answer. Of course there is a 'however'; we highly recommend that you do. The reasons are two-fold. Firstly, that there are occasionally what are called contraindications for a particular ailment and particular treatment; that is things you shouldn't do or be taking whilst partaking in any one of our therapies. And secondly, we want your doctor to realise the benefits that these therapies are providing you; first-hand.

How long will I be able to stay?
For as long as you like, but please refer to our guests' lounge fair usage policy.

Do you have showers?
Yes, we have two lovely vitamin C experience showers.
