Good question, as HBOT has been around for over 100 years! So, the question is: why do so few people know about it? A quick Google AI request gives us some insight: "...this is due to a combination of factors, including limited FDA-approved indications, a lack of large-scale clinical trials for many potential uses, high costs, and a general perception as a "fringe" or controversial treatment within some parts of the medical community."

Wednesday 18 February 2026 - What was supposed to be a grand day indeed was brought down to earth with a bump by The National Grid. They informed us that, firstly, it would cost at least £38,000 to increase the current pitiful supply of 69KVA to a still very paltry 140KVA as a brand-new supply was needed... But, they were very nice about it; like a jovial and jocular surgeon informing you you've only a week to live.

From Latin-themed nightclub, restaurant and bar in Solihull, via a 12k sq. ft. health club in Monkspath to the signing of a lease on a premises for a wellness centre in Hampton-in-Arden.

After 14 years of going great guns and even surviving COVID, our Solihull-based health club Bardello, run and owned by Emma and Nick, closed in September 2023. The closure was simply due to the landlord for the business park not wanting leisure operators on their estate as they claimed they lowered its portfolio value.
